    Let the PINAY wife or any local travel mate guy bargain the fare to 3,000 Pesos or less for Taxi, and for V-hire "Pakyaw" its gonna be 2,000Pesos Cebu to Bato. Don't show yourself, not until the haggle is over. Always remember, once they saw a Caucasian man, or Japanese, or Koreans prices increase. Tell your travel mate not to speak in English or Tagalog...speak in Cebuano. Surely the haggle will work. :smile:
