IMO, there are very beautiful exotic ladies in both countries, It comes down to a matter of personal taste. On an average I'd say more here are a little darker complected. Several friends I've asked about this, and I, all agree that Filipinas are generally hornier than Thai girls. More insatiable in bed. Though they seem about equal in presenting a shy demur persona out in public.

If a man wants a relationship, I think usually you are going to be better off with a Filipina, because due to their command of English there is much less chance of misunderstandings exasperated by communication problems.
If a man is just looking for fun, IMO you can do about the same overall in either place.
