I was writing off handily, I wasn’t writing for academic purpose or approval. Nor do I feel the need to. However, I suppose that is the best you can do. But I do think you enjoy being a minion of cyclop!

buy you a beer. What's that? Oh, I forgot, you don't even live in Dumaguete, or even on Negros.

I may not live there. However I do live in the Philippines, with no plans on giving up on the place. I would be happy to buy you a Beer! too. If your travels ever bring to my little part of Mindanao. The Philippines doesn't change much where ever you go. Trading Quip's with you or anyone is strictly me being jovial. I mean really how serious can you take a post. But Bashing a troll that is just giving them a taste of there own medicine.

 

That was fun reading cyclops' observation about Dumaguete. He..he I hope the city mayor and his staff can do something. Maybe a stronger ordinance or a stricter enforcement of the anti mendicancy law as well as a review of the franchising of tricycles?

 

With the elections coming up next year, my guess is you will not see much new in this Mayor's final year. The real question is who will be the next Mayor and what will be their agenda?
