Anyone else get asked for CASH only by those groups of teens in town the other day who said they were doing some sort of Eco-Challenge?

They were going back and forth along the blvd, rolling in the dirt, and tying themselves together to walk along the blvd en masse...that kind of nonsense.

The first group asked me for cash saying part of their 'challenge' was to collect P1000. They refused an offer of me buying them hot corn/maize mind you.

Then as the next 2 groups each came up to me a few minutes apart asking the same thing, I asked Why aren't you asking Filipinos for money too?

Which immediately had them excusing themselves and leaving with their tail between their legs.

They did not approach 1 Filipino with the same request for cash for lunch.

I should have told the cute girl of the bunch that was elected to be the looy beggar how she could earn her P1000...

That sounds familiar. Name of a TV show? I think another copycat of a US TV show.

Did you see any cameras taping them?
