Their are millions of other girls in this country who would be thrilled to have a responsible husband who treats her well and takes care of her needs, if not all of her lazy relatives.

If you do take care of them all....you will regret it. They will become idle and you probably know what happens to idle hands...

This is true. Best thing to do is settle several islands away from the family. Visit them...never have them visit you. Change SIM cards as frequently as necessary.

Additionally, I would say that if your girl insists on putting her family ahead of you...dump her. Remember the millions of other options you have. The cards are in your hands.

 

It is 3:46 am Phils time. I have been here for about 20 hours now. It is very easy to see why everybody falls in love with this place. Beauty and friendlyness is everywhere. It really is that "tropical paradise" that everybody looks for.
Rudy was waiting for me with a bunch of family and friends at the Cagayan airport.
She is an incredible lady. From the first moment, it was like we have known each other for a lifetime. She is so very much more than i expected. She is that "one in a million" that we all look for and never find.
Everything that I gave up is nothing compaired to what I gained by coming here.
Of course, she is very petite, and very beautiful and has a heart and soul filled with love.
This is now my home.
This is now my new life.
Rudy is the "pot of gold at the end of that rainbow" that I have been following all of my life.
I recomend Phils to everyone. If you aren't here, you should be.
And a pinay is the only woman in the world worth having in your life.

Stay calm and cool, get some ice blocks into your thee, close your eyes 10 seconds and take a very deeeep breath.
Then open you eyes again and exhale during 10 minutes.
If you can do that, than it is real !!!!

DG...good post....in my early years I was pretty keen to help raise some of the poorer members of the family up. Sent them thru university only to have them turn into baby factories sired by useless deadbeats - and the sisters never used that education we paid for. Have lost enthusiasm, and rarely fall for the BS anymore - but they never stop trying...Notice our wealthy relatives have no qualms about telling the lame relations to f--k off. They have better investment sense. Teacher would be well advised to get into one of those great gated subdivisions in Bacolod. Plenty of them there. Then tell the guards to p*ss off any unwanted visitors...

 

Wow! This is very good to hear. You are very lucky and her as well. If she is not a scammer after meeting her for couple of days. Then, you should marry her and love her forever. Women's are very sensitive in a relationship. So you should treat her very kind in every way. Good luck!

Well, i have no idea where to start.
I've been here for more than 48 hours now.
First things first.....i mis-judged my Rudy Mae. She is a thousand times better than i ever expected. She is great....perfect.....wonderful..... And her family is also. I spent several hours with them yesterday with no problems.
Now....about Cagayan......abstract poverty like i have never seen before in all of my travels. It it a real shame for any human to live like some of these people do.
Next is the taxi cabs..... I've been in 5 now. The horn replaces the brake. The bravest one goes first at the many uncontrolled intersections. No traffic laws that i can tell. Only the strong survive and i'm sure even some of them don't. One driver actuall reached up and touched the roseary hanging on his mirror and then blessed hImself at every intersection.
And the people here are as friendly as i have seen anywhere in the world. Police and military are present, very well dressed, very professional and very helpful and polite.
I am at the Koresco with Rudy and it is an extremely nice hotel but the menu lacks a little and caters mostly to the Koreans that stay here. But all in all a nice place to stay.
I can see my life going up from this point.
I'm glad i came......
And of course there is Rudy Mae......

 

Oh, and FYI... The two iPhones that I bought with me that i "unlocked" both work perfectly on Smart network. Just installed the SIM and they started right up with the phils number. I had no internet and asked Smart about it and they said that there was "no internet available" for iPhones. It seems they dont have rights to provide it for iPhones so they say it is not available. A quick search on Google and 30 seconds of adding some settings and the internet came right on.
So.....everything is working out great so far.

 

Another curiousity....I've seen a lot (maybe 10 or 12) original military Jeeps. M38A1 (military version of the old CJ-5). They are in mint condition. Not reproductions that I can tell. Having had 4 CJ's in the past, I sure would like to find one for sale. I wonder how much I could get one for?
The local paper that the hotel provides has no classified for autos.
Of course, being from Houston, with it's 98% humidity, cars rust in the first two years there.
Here, vehicles don't seem to rust.... just crash....due to local driving habits.

 

To Lai...... What most people don't understand that scamming works both ways. Have you ever heard the term "sexcations"? It is where men will string along several girls (virgins if possible) from phils, with promises of marriage, and then come here once a year and have sex with each of them and go home and start a new list for the next time.
But, just like scammer girls, not all are like that.
As for me, I have been very fortunate in my life not to be "sexually deprived", so a serious long term relationship has real serious meaning to me.
Don't get me wrong. Rudy being a beautiful 23 year old is not something I haven't noticed, but the relationship is really there.
And I have numerous friends and co-workers that are giving very serious thought to doing as I have done, IF they could find the right lady as I have done.
You said "how I wish I could find a guy like you". Thank you, but I am nothing special. Just a normal guy, with big hopes and dreams. I know several more guys like me that are "looking", with the same hopes and dreams. Finding a "guy like" me is really pretty simple.
