Yeah, there are at least 3....but none of them would be attractive to a foriegner....

 

Two of them arent soooo bad. The one by PNB seems to be about the best

If you are seriously interested in opening a "Fitness Gym"....a.k.a. Health Club - I would suggest you do a lot more research.

You might start by contacting a well known member, one of the original 20 on this board, who is a member by the name of "Dr. g" and/or "2blackbelts". I think you can look up his email address right here on this web site/forum.

It's my understanding he is a Dr. of Chiropractic, and came here to Dumagute several yars ago to do his research first hand about building and operating a full scale "Health Club".

I think he would be glad to share his findings with you.

Hmm...how many years was it since 2blackbelts checked out gyms in DGT? 3 years? 4 years? Most of the quality gyms have opened since then. Plus, this is the guy trying to sell a crumbling hunk of croncrete within the tidal zone on land he doesn't own for millions of pesos...

That's exactly why I used the term "several years ago"......3 or 4 years - as you say - would fall into that spectrum. (Thank you. )

I also found much fault with his (Dr.g's) For Sale Ad in the Classified Section as to his postings about his house and lot......where were your comments back then when I had a bit of a "tussle" with Rhoody about my postings.....not one person here, including yourself, came to my assistence in argueing with Rhoody about what was said....or the veracity of the good Dr's postings.

But here you come along, now, actually saying more directly unkind things about Dr. g's house and lot......which have absolutely NO BEARING WHAT-SO EVER- on Charlotte's question as to opening a "Fitness Gym" in Dgte.

I was responding with , hopefully, helpfull information for her to pursue.
Why don't you try to offer her the same? :D

 

Hmm...perhaps Rhoody didn't like you because you attacked members for little or no reason just as you did with me?

I work in the internet business, so I can't blame the owners/moderators of sites for not wanting attack trolls on their sites as it only discourages, good, legitimate posters like myself from contributing...

Again, derivative_guru, or what ever your REAL name is, you have wrongly inserted your own hyperbole and are diliberately trying to convolute what was said - all of which was/is true...as you attempt to "spin" the facts on the matter to suit you and your bragging about yourself.

NOBODY said.. (including Rhoody)..."Rhoody didn't like me". There was no personal problem/issue involvement between us - so why do you 'spin' that spiteful remark in? That opinion is only yours - and it's totally wrong.

I did NOT "attack memberS"....as you so blatantly, falsely claim.
I complained about, what I felt - and others had already agreed with by their prior posts - was a Classified Advertisement that was some-what decieving. Rhoody simply and politely disagreed with my assessment: and as as one of the Owners, he has that right - and to a small degree, he excercized his right. I had no problem with that, and told him so - publicly.

I did NOT "attack" you at all, sir! (...you must have a huge inferiority complex!) LMAO!

If I "attacked" anything, (as you are attempting to call it), it was the fact that in your MESSAGE ,you did the "attacking" about Dr.g/2blackbelts house/lot....which had absolutely no bearing on the questions from Charlotte.

It was only YOU who decided not to offer any substantive information to Charlotte, but instead, only made derogatory comments as to Dr. g/2 blackbelts house and lot.

I will stand by my post and what I suggested to Charlotte as previously posted.

And I will continue to stand by my comment and question to you, sir:

Perhaps in your sure-to-come reply, you can attempt to offer Charlotte some constructive advice and not be trying to desperately pick a fight and calling names to anyone else? (In other words.."stop trolling").

Well, well, well, looks what happens when you're gone from the board for awhile. Lo and behold, the "authorities" preach about what they know nothing about.

It has been about three years since we have been over due to my daughters extremely serious health condition, nobody's business but mine.

As far as a fitness center goes. When we did plan to move over, which probably for now is not going to happen, I planned on opening a fitness - health - martial arts - chiropractic center. At that time, there sure wasn't much in Duma as far as a great gym went. Three years later, I do not know what has opened gym wise, and definately would explore what is there before I decided to pursue that venture.

Regarding our house, our house, our house...It is not in a flood plane. As far as crumbling concrete, etc. It has been inspected by every authority out of Duma and Zambo both, and has passed with flying colors. As far as ownership, of course we don't own it, both my wife and I are Americans and cannot own. We do have a renewable lease. The whole property is transferable to a Phil, or Phil spouse. The add was not misleading, fraud or anything else. I would expect anyone to perform due diligence instead of shooting their mouths off.

And speaking of shooting your mouths off. It is very easy to raise your testosterone level on a website when you don't have to confront the person you are talking or ragging about. If you think I have been dishonest, or not forthright, tell me to my face next time I'm over there I may kick your ***, but I'll sure respect you more for it.

I have been on this board since nearly day one, and have met nearly everyone of the original group, and I sure don't think they have anything bad to say about me.

I guess it may be another six months before I post. Hey Rhoody and Dane, hope you're doing well.
