    Enjoyed your Fiesta Folks? tomorrow here in Uk we will attend the Pinoy Party which will of course include roast pig..say do you guys eat "Turkey" cant remember seeing any, while in PI..enjoy yourselves over the festive season... john

    Hey John,
    Roast pig or lechon, as it's commonly known is the centerpiece in any Pinoy feast just as turkey is in the UK or the states. Happy eating and make sure you get loadsa crackling (for me, the best part of the lechon) :smile:
