If Du Ek Sam is not selling this, you will not find it in Dumaguete i guess.
You certainly will not find them in Unitop.

As I said earlier, I brought My two ladies theirs from Madrid, Spain both are Kited, ICC , I have seen the same ones in Manila BUT Getting them to wear them OH! OH! Now that is another story, Ashamed to Admit this but they also prefer to use an Umbrella. So Larry, can we presume then that Sept will be the said date for a war on No Helmet riders?? Surely though a Good Bike Supplier will Offer helmets as an After Sales service soon.

 

I see the umbrella trick and 7 on a motorcycle every day. Now you tell me you have been here 20 years and never seen either? Where exactly have you been for 20 years, in a chest freezer?

The law states that new motorcycle dealers must make approved helmets available for purchase when one purchases a new motorcycle.

According to the write up in the paper, they would start full force 6 months from the date the law went into effect, which was March 20.

As usual its no helmets and business as usual in Dumaguete, they way it should be, if you want to wear a helmet, do so, if you dont, dont!

 

Anyone know the latest on helmets, Brand Name, identification stickers, where to buy and cost. Will buy tomorrow if I knew I was getting the approved type and not getting ripped off!
