well, for what ever reason I see again people posting who have not a lot clue and making a lot blah blah.

sorry for graduate in a basically useless university course in pillow shaking or saying "sorry sir out of stock", or "sorry we eat now" or "no he/she is not here, maybe next week" someone someone does not deserve a single peso more.

I had over the years quite some applicants with options of making 50K (and i am sure 80 is possible). But for that amount of money I expect work done and not 6 hours friendster, facebook and yahoo.

The working attitude of people here is horrible and it is all about having a job, not doing a job.

I don't care about that wallpaper of any "call the university-name" if it is really just for the personal ego of the students.

Yes I did the same, I gave up and outsourced all... 50% cheaper, better, faster and all without headache to listen to that stupid local excuses why things are not working.

Another example. No local Instructor in any Resort here would work for 50 K, many not for 80K. than again, that would involve some real study and work.

Not just a guy paying school fees, that is basically what is needed here to pass and get a good looking wall paper.

Even more funny, Scuba Instructor from the scratch is cheaper than a 3 year course at SU.

Sorry guys, nothing personal, do your homework first, but don't brand anybody, just because you don't know it better or don't like the person...

    You are OUT of |Touch!

 Rhoody! I would normally agree with you, On this issue I can not, you and I will agree this 80t per year is NOT achievable by the Average in the street, lets not give hope to those that will NEVER achieve this Figure. I am a 20 year Plus veteran military, 20 years Plus in vocation and have never reached this type of salary. Pension or otherwise, THE MAN IS WRONG. With the Greatest of respect, lets keep things on Staus Quo!

Well JP, the post talks about 80k a month, and it is very possible, I gave you example before (a little english and the ability to swim a tiny little bit are the requirements).

A even better example, 3.5 year ago I was barely able to switch on a computer. Now I run 60+ websites go scuba diving and travel around. all from the money earned from that. I never studied anything related to that, I simply set a goal, made my plan to achieve it and started. All information are available for free, well it took me a bit longer than I planned but is definitely possible without having any knowledge to start with.

But than again, you talk about the average on the street, where load is more important than daily food.

Another funny example. A local journalist came to me with a small business Idea for her which sounded very interesting and doable for me. I set her up a simple website and told her what to do for the next couple of weeks to get the ball rolling. Pinoy-typical, she gave up after 3 weeks as facebook, family reunions and founders days are way more important, so I hired someone-online to finish that little project in the next 4 weeks.

    Investment:
10$ domain a year (hosted on one of my server).
150$ for my Indian guy to finish the project.

nothing more done on that site since Feb2009. It averages now 120 $ a month and make me laugh each time the payment comes in. Being a real nice guy, I send her a monthly screenshot of the income with a little "Thank you for being that lazy" line.

that 120 $ is 1/4 of her monthly income without I have to do ANYHTING for it.

It is ONLY the attitude why most people here don't go anywhere, and that is exactly the problem of this wonderful country. consistency and working hard for a goal is not existing here in 99.9% of the population.

    Understanding!

 Rhoody! your reply has explained a lot, I can see why you were mmm a little annoyed in your original post, When I read it, I had to admit, I thought it a little arrogant but now I understand. I have to agree that most are beyond help in a lot of aspects. For me as with you, I have no worries on most scores and maybe I get a little too close to the family at times. They are in the main happy with their lot. in or out of work. It is only when we see posts like this one that brings home maybe, the reality of chances missed. The OP maybe, could have worded his statement a little more Positively, rather than with a negative attitude, he may have had a better response. However, it came across as it did but I still wonder, why there were no posts, in support or not from the would be Call Centre Owners we have seen on DI. I have said to some that accuse me of complacency, that it took a lot of hard work, long hours and imagination to get where I am, Luck really had nothing to do with it, guess your lady kicks herself now, not many get a chance like that. Unfortunately, my chosen work can't be done by Computer so Elbow Grease it has to be.

Have a good day, Glad we have ironed a few creases out
