Great to Be Part of this Forum!

I am new here as well and currently move here in Dumaguete from Manila. I'm hoping to meet new friends as I don't have anyone from here.

    This is Mae.

Hi Jack! Thanks for welcoming! I'm glad someone responded to my post.

Dumaguete is way safer than Manila and I fell inlove here in Dumaguete, more opportunity for business! Though there were some stuff that you can't find in here but that is truly not a problem, its way too challenging!

What made me decide to move? New Environment and More Challenges! It challenged me that though this is a little city, I'm still not familiar with the streets, I got really a golden/tan skin because of the heat of the sun while walking along the streets for me to familiarize the place! Summer it is!

    Smoke Mask!

He He:smile: Whilst there are No Jeepneys or Honking Taxis to worry about, you will need maybe a face mask, to cope with the traffic fumes on Perdices Street (Lee Plaza and many other stores) at a busy time say 7am to 7.30pm, Thousands of tricycles to navigate on crossing the Road. Get down to Casablanca on the boulevard and meet a few of the members, introduce yourself, Gunther will look after you (NO I am not on a Commission, I just like it there, as most of us do) You will soon get used to the Brownouts and bad Internet Connections. :p pay no attention to me, we all love the place and for what ever reason you are here, ENJOY. Hope it all goes well.

    Jack P.

(Casablanca, is a Restaurant and Deli on Rizal Boulevard.)

    Hi tarantz,

I hope you enjoy the site. There are a lot of good areas on the forum that are a good source of information from what I've found and some good regular members. Dane did a great job building up this site.

Hi Jack P., yeah, i will take some fake mask around that area. So, members of this forum can be meet in Casablanca? I was wondering if the members are mostly foreigners? I'm a local one.

Hi Tom! Thanks for welcoming and for the information. This is my first time to browse this forum, although I'm a member of other forums nationwide but this one got me interested since I'm going to build a life here on my own. I would love to meet members here as well as I'm really eager to meet new friends. So, Dane is the name of the one who initiated this forum? He/She really did a great job! I appreciate it.
