    Reedee, the Villa Amada H.O.A. president's name is Bernard C. I told him about your situation and you can call him at 09275391504. He can help you. They have a gate guard and 24 hr security plus some common grounds. He said their fees are p5000 annually but that isn't enough. He is friendly.

    Onmyway, YOU ARE QUITE CORRECT TO WARN.
    It is therefore so important to have a well thought agreement of that HOA.
    We have it stipulated very strictly (and I even think it is never strickly enough) so it should not escalate in practise (time will learn :D).
    I heard from many subdivision residents that their HOA is not really working well.
    A sign for me to be extra carefull because I think you are quite right.
