I find a fuel filter is worth it. Very cheap and easy to fit.

Of all the hundreds of XR200 I have seen on the road can only remember a couple that looked like that had been looked after. While XR's are tough the abuse from owners who do not change the oil regularly makes buying a second hand one risky I think. As for the cost of a second hand one, well if its 55,000 peso's I would not even bother.

I am going to sell my Kawaski Rouser 200 soon. 6000kms, oil changed every 500kms, ALWAYS stored under cover.A well cared for bike. I am asking 78,000 peso's. A very good bike and ideal for the philippines.

I service it my self as I do with my XR's (had two now one left). My XR sold within 7 days of advertising, first person who saw it bought it.

New XR 138,000 peso's now with no stock. New Rouser 108,000 peo's.

DES has a new XR200 in bubble wrap back in the service area a couple days ago. P138,900 I think it was.

If you think p55T is too much for a used one, you must have sold yours cheap. Of course it sold fast, there's limited stock!

I can buy used 200cc Rouser for p50,000. Sorry...

I looked at the diagram in the Honda parts book this morning while I was at the dealer, but it doesn't show the thickness of the gasket of course. I'll check that out when I get mine.

    Thanks!

The price was 138'000peso, maybe higher now.
Honda has a different Oilfilter system, if you take some time to read all the pages in this tread you will know almost everything about the XLR/XR200.

    Hi agentorange
    I just bought a motorbike.(3 weeks ago).
I was looking at the honda xr200 and the kawasaki klx150.
The kawasaki was 123000 and the honda was 138000.
    I bought the Kawasaki.
They had both instock and i bought the bike at emcor.
    San Juan St., Dumaguete City..
They were easy to deal with.
Its sitting there at my house waiting for me to test it out when i come in september.
    Hope this helps.
    Richard
