Good choice, Sue! I am sure Rick will enjoy his stay at Palwa. Also, remember that their exceptional manager and staff will go out of their way to answer any question or need that he may have. They were very helpful to me on each of my stays there; and I was pretty knowledgeable about Dumaguete and surrounding areas due to much research and friends retired in the area. I cannot say enough good about them. I entend to stay at Palwa on an extended stay the next time there and look for a place to rent. They offer reduced prices for extended stay. cheers
