    Maybe this can be a part of the problem.
    FX. My house had a cost of 6,5 M PHP. If I cannot get 35-40 000 PHP a month in rent, I rather choose not to rent it out during the time I'm away from the Philippines. I dont need the money, and I cannot be sure of the "quality" of the renting person or family.
