    I would love to see photos of your house. That's certainly one of the lowest prices I have heard for that type of construction.

    I'm quite convinced that Mr. Sean has not included certain items like tiles, painting and other finishing activities and certainly no garden and fencing.
    Correct Sean ?
    If not correct, then indeed I want to come to the blessing of your house to see the miracle :smile:

    And Rhoody, you can't get any pesos when you leave the rented house.
    Even not the 50% percent some people receive of the asking selling price of their house !
    A lot of SMB's di bah ? :D

    well, Jelly I suppose you wont get any peso when you leave your house for good... (like most people here, this time it is age related :p ).

    At least they don't have to walk by themselves anymore ... :p

    Not that I wish anybody anything bad, it has simple biological reasons due to natural aging...

    The best rule of thumb for estimating to cost of building a house here is to get that calculator and calculate the precise cost of absolutely everything..

    Labor, permits, construction material, all of it.

    And when you come up with the all inclusive, accurate cost of absolutely everything.

    Double it.

    And you'll be close.

    And you can use pretty much the same procedure for estimating construction time also.
