⌛ How to land a job in the US!!!

Destiny . Thats what i believe why im here. In the first place, i never dream in my life to come here in this side of the planet. For me its so far away.A friend of mine married a guy from Quebec city. All i know she find me an employer to hired me directly.It took me three months to decide whether to come or not. I arrived here in 2000.Works, get my immigrant status and citizenship.
Im not a city girl , when my boyfriend ask me to come and see if i will like the town and place ,their no second thought that i say yes. Its like coming home. You see, its has a greener mountain and open sea. They called this place the end of the world. Even most of my friends in Quebec and Montreal doesn't know this part of canada. Its very touristic place , only seasonal.Theirs a lot of chinese and japanese tourist came from vancouver every year they come here by train.
Im lucky to get a good job in the Quebec healthcare services. I took the course for six months as a health aid for now, as my french are not good enough. Im taken a course to improve it. See, the problem here in Quebec their standard of school curriculum is so different plus its french.
Hope this will satisfied your curiousity.By the way, im not exactly from dumaguete city . Im from the neighboring town.But i love to retired in dumaguete 25 years from now he..he..he...

that's the problem, I'm also counting here when I will retire.I think when that time will come daghan ng sakit sa tuhod buko buko si manang ninyo diri:(

 

Best is to keep a healthy lifestyle and get fit,hope to beat the odds.This generation seem to have longer lifespan .Nice to retire and still be able to climb hills .

 

India, im injoying the fruit of my labour everyday. Only , not into holiday mode. Im just counting the aged of retirement here. Hopefully the canadian dollar will flourish somemore.Then we will see.Salut!

daffs, you cant avoid retiring without all those knee and joints pains & some other aches,pero mawala rana daff kung kita ta sa atong family nabilin sa pinas maayo na pagkahiluna.

My only hope to make this all happen, a "sponsorship by an employer".. have to take the hard way even if it takes i have to work myself from the bottom.

why not make the neighboring countries as your jumpstart, shall we say work first in singapore, new zealand, indonesia or saipan for a year.

sponsorship by an employer in US for me is by luck, and luck take sometime or nothin at all, its because employer will only sponsor, if the US employer cant find any employee/applicant in the US that has your skills.
