    you need to be a full member (at the moment you are Junior Mameber with limited functions) you become that with a certain amount of posts

    Thanks, Rhoody. Does this apply to posting a photo as well? I gave up trying after repeated failures.

    Is this "certain amount of posts" policy posted anywhere? If so, what is the magic number?

    You should be able to post photos witout any problems if they don't eceed they maximum size what is jpeg:800x800 max 107 kb.
