Google your unit+ downloads and if there is an online archive for your product, it should all come up there.

well, your topic says : "I broke my Sony USB driver disc" and and react pretty weird when people point you to driver-sites

If you need your editing software which has nothing to do with Sony-driver...

MGI software available for free download on many torrent sites. piratebay would be one of them

No sense bickering over it. It was the driver for the camcorder back then after all. But it's the MGI stuff I wanted

I looked at the link already. There were maybe 15 camcorders it listed, and I don't think mine was one. I guess I can just download and see what I get?

Maybe my english is not that good, but I just asked a guy who teaches it, so I guess it is not that hard to understand

... not really sure what to do more to point you to the software you look for ...

    Here...

Picasa 3: Free download from Google

This program is free and does everything PhotoSuite did, only better.
And it also gives a generous amount of online storage for your pictures.

I can highly recommend Googles "Picasa". I've had it for years and not one problem have I encountered. It even does facial recognition and will sort your photos according to whos in the pictures.

One of the things I liked about the MGI software was the ability to reduce the file size of a photo as you save it. I'm not seeing that in Picassa. (yet)

It's come in handy many times.

Heres what they say to do, mine get resized automatically when I upload to my online albums, as you go to upload your photos in Picasa they'll ask you what size you want.

    But heres without going online:

Select the photos you'd like to export.

Click the Export button in the Photo Tray.

In the 'Export to Folder' window, select your export settings:

Choose an export location and enter a name for the exported folder.

Customize your exported image size and quality:

Image size options: You can choose between using the photo's original size or selecting a custom pixel size using the slider.

You can choose to add a watermark to all of your exported photos.

Resize photos : From Picasa - Picasa Help
