⌛ I need help to find house/lot for sale

I'm a newbie here , a mix race...trying to settle down here in Dumaguete.I'm looking for a good house and lot for sale that accepts PAG-IBIG fund as mode of payment, my budget is lower than 3M. Thanks!

 

Newbie, welcome to the Forum. You can have a look at the Negros Chronicle, it is available online. Online realtors like Island Properties and others have listings too. Good luck with what you are looking for. Perhaps an explanation of what PAG-IBIG would be helpful for those wanting to assist you.

With a Pag-ibig fund you cannot buy in the private market.
You will have to stick to contractors who built Pag-ibig ready houses in subdivisions.
In Sibulan there are some Pag-ibig subdivisions.

 

Are you sure about that? Last Thursday I went to PAG-IBIG extension office here in Dumaguete and they told me, all I have to do is bring the seller/owner of the house to their office to attend a seminar before everything will be process.

 

As far as i know, Pag Ibig savingsplan involves a lot of restrictions in using the capital.
But i'm not familiar with this fund, so you better get the right information from a local Pag Ibig office.
