Are they checking for the sticker here? in cebu as long as u have some form if helmet its acceptable . . . Lots of LTO check points out tonight . . checking lights and docs . . . or maybe just me !

 

Thanks for the photo of the sticker. Has anyone made it into a photoshop file yet? Anyone know where to buy silver printing paper that works in the typical canon printer?

I was in Tops and Bottoms, and they were loading helmets on the shelves at a very fast pace. As opposed to 12 helmets on the shelved there were 50. The customers were looking at the helmets, three deep. None had ICC Stickers, so I thought it would be nice if they were available to purchase somewhere,as an-after the purchase of a helmet add on.

 

What is the official Helmets On' day?

Does anyone know the official helmets on day, i saw the LTO guys riding round last night without helmets, and one with no lights, i found that amusing as later they were checking lights....
PS the Police you see riding round wearing helmets are NOT ICC stickered, i wonder if they will get pulled ? Doubt it O-|
