Perhaps you are confusing Valencia NO with Valencia Spain. There is a nice park and plenty of mountain views but "tourist spots?" I haven't noticed any.

I would consider the zipline in Valencia a "tourist spot". Too bad I exceed it's maximum capacity! :D

There are some great tourist spots around Valencia but you just got to get out and look for them and explore!

Twin lakes is currently impassable by all types of motor vehicle (including motorbike) due to large landslide. You can get past the landslides on foot but its muddy, and then still 4kms down steep and up steeper hills, personnally i always find it disappointing once i get there. Lake Balanan in Siaton is much nicer and u can easily walk around the whole lake and visit the small waterfalls also. Casaroro is now boarded up and the stairs going down are at risk of collapse in a few places.

Is the road going from the highway to Lake Balanan still passable?
