    Aloha from Kauai, Hawaii! I will eventually b moving to retire in Valencia, where I have bought some property & am currently developing it. This May I will make my 3rd visit to Dumaguete. Love the place! I need a budget resort near the beach & Dumaguete, with a pool for exercise. Last visit we stayed at El Oriente Beach Resort for 900P/night, which was just fine. R they still open? They're not answering the phone. Any other place, with pool, someone can recommend? Can't wait for the visit & to c the new mall! Mabuhay!
