Yea I did some searching before and again just now, not really looking very encouraging really. There is the one facility available, the public Guam Memorial Hospital. Its presently accredited I guess but its having problems. Guam Memorial Hospital could lose accreditation

This from the Australian government in terms of travel there...Hospital and medical facilities are limited and evacuation may be required in cases of serious illness or accident. If medical travel to Australia is required, the limited number of flights out of Guam could cause difficulty. Medical evacuation costs are considerable.
