.. and if you look at the Robinson pictures, well if the owner kick out the original contractor (which told them about the soil that it costs a few dollar to build correct) to replace them with a cheaper local one, who probably was more "thankful" to some people, you see clearly what you get..

don't take me wrong, you are of course theoretically correct, while I just talk about how things really are with the examples in dumaguete...

 

All of the recent comments are in reference to what I said, which, what I actually said had nothing at all to do with the integrity of ground as far as stability, etc...I was referring to more supernatural problems that some claim the former house had and I was just stating that I hope there aren't any "supernatural" problems with that land that might need to be exorcised or whatever....I was actually just joking...........but this has all gotten interesting.........

 

I wish they will put an underground parking lot or a 1st and 2nd level parking on the buildings. Parking lot is one of the big problems in this city aside from the bumpy/broken/small roads.
