    Bricks(pizza oven)

There are plenty of bricks in Daro for sure, however I've not encounter the
high fire bricks required for building bricks ovens or kilns. The bricks must have specification which can withstand temps well above the 500F temp a standard oven can attain. Great pizza i am told needs greater temp than the regular ovens are able to produce. With a brick oven having temps of 600-700F
range, Kilns need yet greater temps as does industrial applications needed by manufacturers 2000F. Basically are high fire bricks out there either in Negros or any place nearby to source for folks wanting to be creative with using them for a variety of projects?

Hi guys, although I live and work in the UK, I'm italian born and bred.
    Italia Restaurant in Dumaguete??
I'll be returning next year.........chef start to fire-up the oven, I just love pizza!
Ciao e buona fortuna per il futuro del ristorante!
PS. How many italians are now located in Dumaguete and surroundings?
Has anyone started a census on how many expats are living in Dumaguete and of which nationality and gender/age group are they?
    Best regards to all.:p

Hey Rhoody, I bet you all miss the italians now, innit?
Apart from the germans and french hating us for various reasons, football being one, we are very civilized, friendly and love food, life and good wine (not necessary in that order). :D :D
Anyway, good to hear the pizza is good, we'll surely pay a visit next year when we'll return to the Phils.
    Ciao/regards!

As I know you did expect me to react on this, I will do you that favour.
    But it's completely off-topic:
I know the Germans are always scared to meet the Dutch soccer team.
We however love to meet them and to beat them :D (it even rhymes).
But I did like the pic you posted when both of us were dressed in our leather knockerbocken/ lederhosen in Munich.
I hope Germany will survive if only because they know how to brew a good beer :D
Hope to see you this afternoon at the boulevard for a coold one at Mike's Diveshop.

hmm we would love to let you guys win,
but most of the time you guys decide to fly home earlier or don't even come to important soccer tournaments... :p

I try to pass by Mikes place and will give Italia some warning that a dutch guy will block the street in front with his camper (at least its not a bavarian Autobahn this time)

    cheers

I did ask the owner (Fabricio) yesterday.
He told me he had to buy them in Manila, since you can't buy them near here.
The supplyer: Assistico Corp. Hope you can find their info via googling on internet
By the way: The pizza's we had there yesterday were good; made in his new built oven.
We even did not have to block the road there Rhoody :D
Have you already forgotten how early in the tournement Germany was kicked out in Portugal (EM) ?
