John, I am out in the Philippines & it is 9pm & the temerature is 29C. The reason I know about scousers is because I am one, but moved to London when I was 22 & was there until I retired in 1994, when I moved out to Dumaguete. I am not a Jim but a James, I hope that clears things up. JAMES

This is the temp 13 oC ( so depressing ) when we landed back in Heathrow from the sunny 30 C back in the PI when we left, very humid though seems uncomfy ... but i should not moan. But the weather in england had picked up and is usually dry and sunny here in southeast always in 20's and above since that mesirable day .Today was even brighter ,just got back from Londonfreewheel (cycling)and had fab weather .Btw welcome to the site john and james.

    ...the brits are coming ,lol.

Glad to hear you had a great day out cycling P-NEWT. Whereas, here in the Northeast, it's windy, breezy and nippy. So, just stayed in and watched football Newcastle pounding Westham. My hubby is over the moon...hawaaay the lads.

Welcome to the forum john boy and JWL.
