    What is the relevance of that question ?
    All I know is that the landlady of Anastasia owns the place/lot and that a French couple (Rita and Americk) is running the daily business.
    What their mutual agreements are is not of interest for me.
    Better go there and ask yourself. Easy enough.
    It's a nice place.
