    We will be arriving to Dumaguete this Thursday, the 29th, for our permanent move. Still need to make arrangements for a hotel for that night and then we will be staying in our temporary townhouse until our house is complete. Can't wait to you guys sometime!!:D:D

    Congratulations on your imminent move to Dumaguete. Hopefully I won't be far behind you as soon as my house is sold here in U.K. and all the loose ends are tied up.

    As you only need a hotel for one night, can I suggest the Nicanor. It is very central, the aircon is good throughout the hotel and, most importantly in your case as your husband has an oxygen need, the hotel has a lift to all floors avoiding any climbing of stairs. Its only draw back is that it doesn't have a restaurant yet, but it is very close to most of the good eateries. Just a thought.

    Hope you settle in quickly in your new home and thoroughly enjoy all that the area has to offer.

    Hi Roger,
    I already sent an email to Nicanor (that is where we always stay), we have always been happy with the hotel. Thanks for the suggestion, though!! Good luck on your move, look forward to meeting you when you get to Dumaguete!

    Fill your fridge completely with SMB's (San Miguel Beer, in case you did not yet know !!!) and depending on the size of your fridge I can stay maybe 2 days :smile:
    Thanks for the invitation anyway, even without the SMB.
    French cognac can do as well :D

    Hmmmm, might be a good thing I don't have a HUGE fridge!! But you can stay until the beer runs out!! Will check into the cognac (is that readily available in Dumaguete?) :D:D
