⌛ just bought a house in the city .

Opinion: Dumaguete City is worth a great try. Buying a property with 2 years anticipated move is not a bad decision at all, at least in my humble opinion. Dumaguete is still a great place where to settle down for a long time. So don't worry about it. After all, you have two years to try it out.

 

I envy you Carl. Wish we can move to Dumaguete the soonest the possible. Good Luck...

I have plans (but still quite busy now) to see more of the Philippines than I've seen so far (Mindoro. Bohol, Cebu, Negros, Panay).
