nope, it is almost exactly 1 hour most evenings since early September. from 6 - 7 pm or half hour later. The times where all lights in Cebu got switched on (well we also would if we could...), but our supplier cuts off most parts of Dumaguete (and obviously surroundings) to deliver the power to "more important" clients.

Same agony here. They privilege those customers who pay big. NORECO is supposedly NEGROS ORIENTAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, not CEBU or BACOLOD ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE. Shame!

Mostly 1 hour or more. Not only in Bacong but also downtown area and other barangays. And it is constant. Many are already pissed off about it. The reason: They're selling and prioritizing Bacolod and Cebu who are paying :greedy:$

I'm not so sure if NORECO is to be blamed completely.
Electricity production is a national matter of PNOC, and they are the one to sell to the highest bidder.
It is a political matter and NORECO has certainly some influence.

In Dauin, the blackouts are every single day. And several of them.

We've had a handfull that are 12-13 hours long. Mainly, I find then anywhere form 2-5 hour range.
