⌛ LKG for Apartment/Small Hse. near Baclayon

Hi all,
I'm just arriving in Bohol to live there long-term. Need a nice apartment or small house (1-2 bedrooms most) that is close to Baclayon and Tagbilaran. Partner will need to work and go to school in Tagbilaran. Love something with a small garden, a little space around it, but NOT expensive, alas. Under P5K/mo. Would like hot water, a decent kitchen, some furnishings perhaps, but depends upon price. Totally dependable and responsible.
