    There is in Dumaguete the ABC learing center . I am planning to go there myself.. for my kids that is..LOL
    However.. Some fun here , diba.. Thats one of the things life is about !! And you will admit . people here did read your post !!

    You need to know that I have an American education. I had a "gofer" helper when I was building this house 4 years age. He had/has a diploma from the loco high school. He could Not add "4+6". And had no idea how figure it out. He was 20 years old then. Someone somewhere taught me to use my hand to get the answer to that same question.
