    Daff, cigarettes are basically nicotine sticks. Nicotine is a very addictive drug. Tobacco or cigarette companies know this. So, they lace into the cigarette some nicotine with the tobacco. I believe that cigarettes are also considered to be carcinogenic too. Thats why there is a warning label on the carton of cigarettes.

    McDoo and cigarettes are no where near the same.
