    Pat, You are correct I do feel lucky to live close to a place I really like. All I need to get home after a few beers is a good pair of slippers and a flashlight:D

    For sale or not? All I know is when Jenny is totally exhausted from all the work required the sale thing comes up, and sometimes when the success of the business comes up the sale thing isn't mentioned. But If I had to guess I would think it's really for sale.
    But for my own selfish reasons I hope not. :eek:
