    When you walk around the park close to Uni Top you will, if you are a foreigner be apporached by black market money changers. I have had no dealings with them as I just ignore all offers made to me in the streets, but if they are anything like the vermin trolling the streets in Manila looking for foreigners to change money, then avoid them at all cost.

    That being said, my bank manager could not help me get Dollars for my initial deposit in my Dollar account, and I could only transfer Pesos in from the old branch I moved from, so she (the bank manager) actually suggested I could go change to money in the street.

    I would prefer a real money changer stall where I at least feel a little safer and I have recourse if something goes wrong. I know there is a money changer in the Globelines building on the Boulevard, so use that in stead :smile:
