if your notebook-speaker play that high frequencies, i see no problem...

another solution is having a few sweethearts stacked around you. Mosquitoes usually attack them first.... As Rechel is at home and read this I can't say "It works for me" ... but I heard about it :D

Rhoody, it was great meeting you and Rachel last night, the hat turned backwards ID'd you. So I am not so embarrassed to ask you this question now that we met. I am running the 22000 high freq mosquito repeller. Here is the stupid question: Do I need to turn my speaker volume to max to gain full benefit. As you saw in my bride, she is not big enough to throw in front of those little bast---s to keep them off me. thanks

The pleasure was on my site and I really look forward to see 2 super huge smiles on Thursday

I usually have my speakers on 50% but I don't use a Notebook. I could imagine that many notebook speaker don't go up to 22khz, therefore it would not work.

    cheers

    Rhoody

We are having a BBQ, not only does it keep the Mosquito's away, it helps us keep warm!

Hi to John Boy. The file refers to Rhoodys high frequency 2 second sound file. He kindly posted a link to this Mosquito deterent noise earlier in this thread. I have downloaded this to my phone as an MP3 file. I have tested by playing on a continuous loop while chilling with a cold budweiser in my garden at dusk. As I came away with no bites I presume it worked for me ? The Sweetheart fix I will save for another day. Take care.
