There are different scenarios you may encounter getting a drivers liscense depending on who you talk to and where youre from. If you are fom an English speaking country it is easier as you will not have to procure a translation fom your current documents.

For me I just showed the LTO my picture liscense from home country, they had me visit about 12 of the 15 windows at he LTO here in Dmgte, collecting signatures, money, and taking several photos. After three days of this as well as getting the reuired drug test for methaphetamine and marijuana, (the only thing they test for), I was issued a temporary liscnse and told to come back in 6 months for my permanent card. I was doubting about waiting that long, but after 5.5 months I returned and sure enough after rifleing through a shoe box full of liscences, they found it! total cost about 600 P. If I remember right. It was two years ago. Things might have changed.

You can undoubtedly get a "fixer" to do it for you for a fee.

The snakes here come in several genders, yes here there are more than two... and rather than injecting venom, they suck pesos and other things fom foreigners. often in exchange for favors, trinkets, and chemical substances.
