    its sad especially for the family of the pedicab driver..my condolences to them. but perhaps someone upstairs is telling dgte authorities a message that there are just too many trikes here.

    hmmm nah... that would go into direction "common sense" what is (like we all know) not existing in some parts of the world...

    Or even maybe:- "don't mess with the roots of a couple of hundred year old tree". Typical, some idiot putting in a drainage canal that won't drain properly and will readily contribute to the current malaria and dengue outbreaks in the city/province, obviously hadn't much clue as to how trees stand upright. Yet another 'broken string', in the city engineering dept's 'bow'.:rolleyes:
