Anybody can tell me where I can find the NTC. They used to have an office in the Dumaguete City Water District bldg. Went there today but they move out to another location opposite Landbank in Real St. I was told. Ask around @ Landbank but nobody knows. Any help would be great.

Did visit their website be4 I put my posting on this board. So easy to guess what happened, nothing... they did not answer to my email in which I asked for directions to their Dumaguete office. Well this is The Philipines. When it comes to pay fee for visa extention and so on the government surely know to get the money from you. But just answering to a very simple question seems to be one bridge too far. Even Smart, Globe and PLDT were not able to help me...!!
