⌛ need help with dumaguete itinerary

hi!

my husband & i are planning to visit dumaguete (if the weather permits) starting July 23 (monday). this is our first time to visit Neg. Or. we plan to stay 1 night at apo island, the rest would be spent in dumaguete, bais (whale/dolphin watching), casaroro and nearby attractions.

can anyone help us with the itinerary? we're from iloilo but we'll be in san carlos city before going to dumaguete on the 23rd. i'm choosing between C & L Suites Inn, Bethel & Honeycomb in Dumaguete; & Liberty Community something at Apo.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

If you arrive in the evening, you go for a tour in Apo Island the following day, then maybe over night, then go back to Dumaguete, Dolphin and whale watching during the day, go back to Dumaguete for the night, night out around the Boulevard and other hang out places such as Hayahay, then tour around Dumaguete the next day. Bethel is nice as it is along the boulevard, but it is more expensive compared to C&L or Honeycomb. The latter too is along the boulevard.

Another nice hotel would be Coco Grande and Harold's Mansion, in addition to Check Inn Pension Plaza.

Mon: San Carlos - Bais; leave Bais - Duma late afternoon
Tue: Duma City tour
Wed: Duma - Casaroro & back (if possible)
Thu: Duma - Apo
Fri: Apo - Bacolod - Iloilo
what time should we leave Apo to catch the 5 PM boat to Iloilo?
or we could do Apo - Duma on Fri & leave Duma on Sat.
