    Hannah, so sorry wasn't able to reply soon. :smile: been busy making a living. he he he! The 2nd Kabulakan Festival was last May 28. took some pictures. I'll post it later on my pbase site.

    Dumaguete is most beautiful in the early morning air when everyone is out walking by the boulevard and the streets are yet empty from trash and scurrying of feet..
