    Hey Dex,
    Sounds like history repeats itself. I was offered an early out in 1988 (and took it) under the Gramm-Rudman Act (?) reduction in force. It's not a new phenomenon for the military to do this, however, this one is an indication of our future role in the Middle East I think. Maybe some further restructuring as well.
    I would love to be an expat in the PI. I mentioned that Clark AFB was on my dream sheet...have been dreaming ever since and finally made my first trip in 09'.
    I'm working on it!
