We are living in a nice apartment , 2 br, 1 bath, furnished with a/c.Walk to ocean and silliman. Enclosed parking and guard, rent is 11,5000 plus utilities (landline, tv, internet, electric and water) these are averaging 2,600 per month. There are many apartments here and a lot of them in your price range. We are giving ours up in march when our new house will be ready.

Thanks Leonard, I'll give that a try once my wife and I can make time to go there.
I was born in E.St.Louis, but moved to the Waterloo area by the time I was one year old.
You are from the coldest part of Illinois, aren't you?

    We'll be glad to.
Part of this move is to meet new people and there are 5 more families from different countries who plan to move to Dumaguete at the same time we do.

You can also check out the Black Pearl where they play at least once a week and usually more. The (French) owners are upstairs neighbours of mine. The Black Pearl is on the main highway heading out of town towards Bacong, on the right hand side just before you reach the city limits. 8p trike ride from the city centre. A lot of trike drivers look blank when you ask for the Black Pearl, but if you ask for Natasha Homes which they are familiar with, it is the same place. Good luck !!!

Another question, is the dealer playing, or is it an honest game where the dealer strictly deals?
I have friends who have been ripped off at casinos where they let the dealer play.
Also, the dealer is supposed to show the bottom card so bottom dealing can be caught a bit easier.

Don't know. I only play Blackjack and Roulette and then only in western casinos.

But the basic rule of thumb is always the same. Check out the rules before you agree to sit down.
