    hi mestiza,

    we are thinking that the person you are looking for is living in Zamboanguita, which is 3 towns south of Dumaguete (about 30 mins by car). i do not really know where we can get the actual info to contact her, but maybe u can ask jellyfish to help u with getting the number for the Zamboanguita municipal hall as he is living there. the person u r looking for seems to be connected with one of the town's government offices.
