⌛ Newbie

Hi everyone. Even though I am an old 'un I have only just joined this forum having made my cherry trip to PI within the last month. I went to Cebu city and have to say I did not enjoy it for a number of reasons. I was about to give it best but a friend mentioned that I would almost certainly like Dumaguete far more than Cebu. So I would be grateful for a few tips on where to stay, what to see etc in Dumaguete.

Thanks for the welcome. The main problem with Cebu was that I seemed to be a long way from anywhere decent to eat and drink. I had to get taxis everywhere and all the taxi drivers tried to rip me off.
