Camila hotel is in Dipolog ..not Dumaguete.

 

It's what luxury level you want and how much you are prepared to pay for it.
Sta. Monica Beach Resort is surely advisable.
El Oriente is of another class, but maybe good enough for what you're looking for.
I don't have my own experience of El Oriente but only went to see the place once.

both resorts are close enough to the city, i suppose, with tricycle about 10 minutes ?

perhaps i will visit Apovista, just see the place (in december).

 

Both are quite far from the city and if you don't have your own ride, getting a cab will be a big problem. These resorts are remote.

 

Anyone stayed in Nicanor ? Advisable for a few days or more ?

Is it possible to rent a scooter or small motorbike in Duma ? Cost per day ?

What is the best way to go Cebu -> Dumaguete ? Airplane, ferry or bus ?

2.) 200 - 250 Peso per day
3.) each option has advantages and disadvantages and absolutely depends on your personal preferences
