I moved from Cebu, the seas dirty and the place is full of rubbish. Girly bars I have never really had much time for. When you get to a certain age you have two choices act like a teenager or a responsible adult most of us what a quiet place to live in a clean neighbor hood. We want to be near eating places and some good bars.

I simply could not find the correct mixture in dirty noisy old Cebu, but here in Negros its a good enough paradise to suit my old bones.

However if one wants to risk such things as AIDs the girlly bars and bars of Cebu are just fine, lol
