⌛ PAL VS CP - the never ending saga

During the booking of an ECONOLIGHT fare ticket on PAL´s homepage, the following text appears, before the ticket is paid:

For ECONOLIGHT fares, the following specific fare conditions apply :

(not applicable for USA, Canada, Guam, Japan, Korea, Xiamen, and Australia flights)

Free baggage allowance
a. 15kgs (33 lbs) per passenger
b. No additional free baggage allowance will be extended to Mabuhay Miles Million Miler/Premier Elite/Elite and SportsPlus members
Fare and surcharges are non-refundable
Forfeited if ticket is unused
Non-rebookable/Non-endorsable/Non-upgradable
Seating shall be at the rear of the aircraft. Seats are pre-assigned and cannot be changed.
No check-through allowed
No meals
a. Domestic - water upon request
b. International - peanuts and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (i.e. Soda, Juice, Water, Coffee & Tea)
No headsets will be provided
Infants and children travelling with adults holding ECONOLIGHT tickets are not entitled to Bassinets/Milk requests
Not recommended for passengers who require special handling
No advance seat reservations
No Mabuhay Lounge access regardless of membership level
No mileage accrual

If you purchase something though a self service like an online booking system and don´t read the terms and conditions, even though they are clearly stated, frankly you have noone to blame except yourselv.
