⌛ Pizza franchise business in dumaguete

In my experience there are too many Pizza places in Dumaguete.
I always thought that a European Style Sandwich Bar would be a good business idea, minimal space required, one refrigerated Show Chase, one Refrigerator, one Grill, one Toaster, one Oven. Make your own Bread, get the Materials, like Coldcuts, Cheese, Pickles, etc. at Why Not, or from their Supplier.
Should work.

 

A GOOD pizza restaurant is desperately NEEDED in Dumaguete.

Several outlets here with absolute CRAP being passed off as pizza.

If you do it right, it'll work.

 

Absolutely true, but getting the right "quality" ingredients that the locals are willing to pay for is the challenge.
