For seeds of more "native" things you might try the Mindanao Baptist Rural Life Center. They also have some publications that are quite helpful for gardening in the Philippines.

Here is an excellent, free source for tropical fruit facts.

    Tropical Fruit Facts

I am a member of CRFG, and to help promote growing tropical fruit, the organization offers these guides/facts for free.

When in the Philippines I live on Leyte (near Tacloban), and have tried to grow stateside vegetables with little or no success. Growing local stuff seems to be easier, but still requires a lot of work. Too many things are against growing things. Its a shame as I really enjoy gardening and the rewards associated with it.

Hmmm, I tried to post this, but it never appeared. Trying one more time.

If anyone is interested, California Rare Fruit Growers (CRFG) has excellent
fact sheets on most tropical fruits. These guides cover everything about
each fruit. They are FREE, and accessible from their website.

When in Philippines, I live in Leyte. I have tried growing many stateside vegetables, with little success. I did get true yellow sweet potatoes to grow, as
I figure there are much like the camote. Growing native type vegetables was a bit better, but still required hard work. I do have a small patch of miniature bananas that produce a small, almost ice cream consistency banana that is delicious. Guavas also are my favorite, and have brought over seeds and have started a variety called cherry guavas. I am back in USA, so have no idea how they are doing.
